My coaching provides a space to reflect, uncover patterns, and gain insights you can carry across work and life. I believe breakthroughs happen when you see your thinking clearly, so I help you organize your thoughts, clarify complex challenges, and identify what’s keeping you stuck. Real change begins internally, so we focus on self-awareness, mindset, and values to support intentional action.

Before Rohn Coaching, I spent a decade in tech as a coach, Chief of Staff, sales leader, and people manager. I’ve supported professionals in a variety of roles and industries, helping them navigate career transitions, leadership growth, and complex organizational dynamics. My background as an athlete also informs my perspective on performance, resilience, and sustainable success.

Clients leave with clarity, greater trust in their instincts, and a foundation for long-term growth. I believe that internal insight drives external impact. By understanding how you show up, you can create meaningful success that lasts beyond the coaching.
